Knolive Hojiblanco is produced at the Knolive Oils mill in Priego de Córdoba (Sierra Subbética) from Hojiblanca olives of centuries-old trees grown on high ground: early harvest, two-phase centrifugation and storage in nitrogen-inerted stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Intense green fruitiness with many nuances: fresh grass, apple and banana, with lighter aromatic herbs and tomato leaf. Sweet entry, slightly bitter, more pungent at the end, with a refreshing retronasal sensation.
