Knolive Organic is made from select organic olives grown by Knolive Oils in Priego de Córdoba, Sierra Subbética Natural Park. This premium organic Arbequina and Picuda blend comes from centuries-old trees on high ground, harvested early and cold-extracted by two-phase centrifugation, then stored in nitrogen-inerted stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Green-ripe fruitiness of great aromatic complexity. Floral notes of almond blossom and freshly cut grass over a tomato-leaf background. Sweet, harmonious entry, balanced in bitterness and pungency.

Pairing

Leaf salads, steamed vegetables, fish and seafood, cold soups, rice dishes and home baking.
